Would give Zero Rating if this was an option👎🏽. I believe such an option should exist. Had an awful experience yesterday. A total disregard of manners, no courtesy, a lack in good customer service skills and effective communication. Having taken my time to visit this dirty garage then explained to the mehanic the faults with my car he inspected my car and said he will check the price of the part needed straightaway and call me on the same day with the price. I waited and was left waiting all day for a phone call that I never got. I got the impression he is laxy and inefficient from his conduct. Also, my daughter had come along with me to the garage and on seeing me and my daughter this rude mechanic, a young man said he thought we were sisters and went on to say that I need to give my daughter fruit because he saw my daughter is physically on the larger size. By the way my daughter is not a child she is an adult! I found this offensive and personal and addressed him on this. Wow! the audacity of some people is beyond me. How ignorant. I will never return to this garage nor recommend to anyone. Thankfully, I found a garage to repair and fix the issues with my car where the staff are respectful and know how to value and appreciate their customers correctly!

I’ve been coming here for the past few years seeing Raye, who has always done the job well. Raye has now retired. I recently got my car serviced a few days ago. The cars wheel wrench has been misplaced some where which the mechanic seems to adamant he did not use. However, the tow bar and wrench were in their usual place before the service was conducted. Nor did the mechanic display any empathy to try and locate the item or offer something as a gesture of good wheel for the inconvenience. It’s a shame to receive this level of service, especially when you have been coming here for a while. Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change, Auto maintenance
