JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I was charged £25 for a doctor to write a prescription, despite me being under private healthcare. This was not to dispense any medication, which I understand there would be a charge for, it was just to write the name of a medication and signature on a prescription whilst being under a consultant, who requested I was put on this. Not to mention they dug up this charge over 2 YEARS after my appt was had!? And avoided answering the question as to exactly what the charge was for in several emails to them & then icing on the cake, had the audacity to refer me to Credit Control and threaten me with a debt collector when I was awaiting a response from them!! (Email proof) Poor administration, poor communication, poor customer service. Absolutely would not visit here again, even if the Consultant I saw was very good. Do not make the same mistake I did. Plenty of better clinics in the area.

Went for a consultation, only to be told, being South Asian I have 50% probability of having a heart attack. Offered a CT Scan at 1500.00. Total waste of time and money.

I can only say great things about Dr Nijjer. He has been nothing but understanding, attentive and caring. I was surprised how down to earth he was, as he REALLY listens to all worries you may have. My tests were promtly arranged and results were clearly discussed post assessment. Any heart concerns or issues, do yourself a favor and visit Dr Nijjer.

£250 for 17 minutes phone call (their video call audio was not working) paid in full prior the appointment and, two months later, I received an 'overdue invoice' of £175 expected to be paid - clearly a mistake and no one apology. On top of that I was told I was absolutely fine while elsewhere I was diagnosed of vasovagal syndrome as symptoms persisted.
