Beware: This is a business that does not provide receipts for the payments made. When I first visited OneTherapy's website, I saw on the bottom right corner that they had a Google Rating of 4.9. I was immediately convinced and was hopeful to receive a decent service from this company. However later on I realised that this was only an average of very old reviews and if you click to view all reviews you can see that the current rating of the company is actually 4.3. I perceive this as fraud. If I had seen the actual rating and reviews, I would have given it a second thought. When I booked my first session the only information I received was as follows: "Our fee for your initial consultation will be £80.00. We accept cash and most credit and debit cards." I attended the session and just 1 minute before my time was up, Ben Marks rushed me to make a decision and before I could understand what was happening £160.00 was taken from my account. If I was informed about this before my session had started, I would be able to make a decision without feeling pressured. However I believe this is left to the end of the session as you tend to think that if you don't carry on with the sessions, you still will have to pay £80.00 for nothing. The second week, before my session started, another £80.00 was taken from my account. I was told that this was for the upcoming week's session however I will never be able to understand why I had to pay 2 sessions in advance. I believe this leaves the patient feeling untrusted and causes a lot of anxiety as mentioned in the previous comments by other patients. I was also not informed until the second appointment that my only available session would be at the same day and time every week and that I had no option to cancel it. I would also appreciate it if they provided receipts for the payments. I made requests a few times and was always ignored. I was never able to understand why my money was taken by my therapist and not the company. I could pay my therapist in cash but couldn't transfer the money into the company's account. I guess that's a question I'll never be able to answer. I was never treated with kindness and respect in every communication as it states in Dwayne's response. I was mostly ignored and never have I received an apology regarding their deceptive statements about their payment and cancellation policy. I never received phone calls from Dwayne as my phone automatically does not accept calls from private numbers. I advised him to not hide his number when calling me but this was also ignored. I have asthma and was told by my doctor to self-isolate after the virus outbreak. I tried contacting the manager to discuss my circumstances however my requests were ignored by the secretary and I was forced to have this discussion with my therapist instead. I did not hear from Dwayne Jackson until I decided to take legal action to get my cancelled sessions money back. My concerns regarding my illness were ignored and I was called to his office to discuss the issue mid-March. In the end, after a few weeks of constant emailing when I was finally able to get my money back, I was informed that as he states in his email "in cases where clients end therapy for health reasons, we always (underlined) refund any money that had paid in advance." I am quite surprised that he now prefers to describe this as gesture of good will. Dwayne's response to my review is grossly unfounded in many ways. I haven't had a very positive experience with the company after ending my sessions and this has given me anxiety attacks for the first time in my life. I had to see another therapist to overcome the issue. I initially rated the service 3 stars however after seeing another therapist I was able to compare them two and realised that One Therapy actually deserved 1 star. Horrible experience, won't return won't recommend. As my comment is still up here, I don't think Google agrees with you, sorry Mr Jackson:)

I am very grateful for all the support, motivation and work my therapist D. Jackson has done during this very difficult year. I have had the opportunity to visit some of the clinics during my consultations and have always been impressed with the high standard, quality and service provided by one therapy london.

I recently had therapy with Tom Deitch. To be honest I still feel sad about losing my mum. It was just a chat and not much in the way of using techniques to make me feel better. Also fixed times and dates needed to be done. Paying in advance also meant lack of trust, I did cancel initially because I was working overtime at work, you can't predict these things. Tom is a good counsellor though

I phoned up, which took a lot of courage. The man who answered the call was appalling. He laughed when there was no joke. He was Sarcastic and rude. Also the pricing works on how much you earn. I literally have no words to describe how that 40 seconds made me feel. Please going forward when you answer the phone just know that someone very vulnerable can be on the other side and don’t be so disgusting. Yes disgusting. Shame on you.

I have just finished my last session with Ben Marks today after almost a year of therapy. Ben has helped me a lot in the last year and as a result I have seen so much progress in my personal life since I came to see him a year ago (in my work, social life and relationships). I am very happy with where I am right now in all areas of my life and going to therapy has played a huge role in that. I am also very happy to say that Ben has helped me with many practical things that I can continue to use as coping mechanisms even when not going to therapy.

Professionalism and quality of therapy go way beyond any expectations. Was able to talk freely and openly, felt supported and understood, challenged and eventually learnt so much from the experience. Thank you Ben!

I only attended 2 sessions at one therapy (solely because I wanted to find somewhere closer to home) but found the 2 sessions I did have extremely useful to help me find a strategy for dealing with a short term relationship crisis. Highly recommended 😊
