We hired One Stress Less to clean our house once a fortnight, after the first clean we got home to an ok standard of clean and some areas not cleaned at all, no note was left to say there was a time issue or anything. The next clean was again ok but even more areas not cleaned at all, so we emailed in to express our concern. The areas missed were then cleaned on the next visit but everything was a half-hearted attempt a cleaning. Our scheduled clean just before the Christmas period was then not carried out at all. We were then told that the cleaners were not able to clean for us anymore, We then decided that we would find a better cleaning company. We were never offered any discount for the poor work and had pay in full before our door key and alarm fob were returned.
