Awful service. Sent me a kit to take some blood with the address label missing inside the pack, and a label to put on the vial which was about 4x too long to wrap around it width ways and it x too long to go around the vial length wise. I therefore did the only logical thing I could think of, which was to attach the label to the back of the paperwork and add in huge block capital letters that this is what I’d done. A day after sending it back I received an email to say they couldn’t process it because - you guessed it - the label was missing. I immediately replied to specify where and why the label was - nothing in reply since. Terrible service. Stop sending out cheap blood kits and do some quality control.

Dr Airey is clearly very highly qualified and is more reassuring and knowledgeable than most of the doctors I have ever dealt with. The Unit
Steer clear from these. They are helpful at the beginning but then the admin team are awful. I left a good review when i started but since i have been with them for weeks now i def have a different view. I was told i needed an URGENT blood test to test levels and its coming on two weeks and i still dont have it. It turns out they dont have anything they offer, it is all outsourced. When i ask for next day delivery, they ignore becuase they have now power to get anything to you urgently. There are other companies you can use, dont use these guys. Luca
