Within one treatment the movement in both areas was so much better and the pain had significantly reduced. I am absolutely over the moon I was in there an hour and a half in total (with a full consultation) and I have genuinely walked out feeling like I’ve got a new back. Really suffered with lower back pain and Gemma knew exactly what to do to relieve it - and it worked! She worked on muscles I didn’t even know I had and certainly didn’t realise were causing me so much pain! So so professional, lovely room- and I felt so comfortable throughout. I could tell straight away Gemma knew exactly what she was talking about and I will now be returning on a monthly basis to continue to improve my back pain.
