They told me I should buy car rental insurance from them and that it is 100 precent guarantee money back etc. etc. and unfortunately, I buy their insurance. Unfortunately, I ran into an accident while renting car but only damage amount was $ 128 .00. But this cheap company after one month of the incident didn't give me a penny and instead every single day asked me new requirements to be eligible for the money back. For one month every single day i remain in contact with my rental company and asked them multiple documents which this insurance company request from me but next day they refuse to accept this document and that document. every time I provide what they are looking for thy come up with new requirements. Bottom line is they are scammers and never rent your car from CARJET and NEVER BUY THEIR CAR RENTAL INSURANCE (ORCHARD ADMINISTRATION). Please buy rental car insurance directly from rental car agency and NEVER EVER trust this CARJET and Its RENTAL CAR INSURANCE AGENCY (ORCHARD ADMINISTRATION UK). If you have any other insurance related business with this company, please save your money and protect your future and immediately cancel all deals from this company otherwise you will only cry just like me.
