If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. My advice would be don't bother, spend your money elsewhere. Returned a product and did not received a refund despite numerous visits to them. Terrible company with zero customer service. PS: The items were all returned in pristine condition. You can check your CCTV footage. If you have proof to corroborate what you have said I will gladly accept your decision. Until you do so I will continue to question the veracity of your statement. You should treat your customers with respect and fairness. What you have done is very unprofessional and utterly disgusting
