Sadly let down by poor after-sales service. I bought 5 carriage kits, which I was attracted to as these offered something not available elsewhere. One of the kits had some missing parts (insufficient roof ventilators to complete). I emailed twice and received a response saying replacement parts would be sent. They never turned-up. I subsequently emailed and phoned multiple times but with no response. In the end I had to source parts from an alternative supplier to complete the kit, which I should not have to do with a c.£30 kit. I would now be reluctant to buy further kits from Osborns.

I ordered several items in a batch and heard nothing post ordering, after two weeks I got concerned and tried calling several times, the phone was never answered. I then tried email and never got a reply, I quoted product and order number, to no avail. Fortunately I had paid through PayPal and they picked up the case, resulting in a full refund. I fear that using other payment methods may have left me at a loss as no one responded to me. At best appalling customer service, at worst.............

I ordered several items in stock on December 5th and 7th, 2022. According to the normal delivery time, it is expected to arrive within 5-7 working days. After a month of no delivery and no contact from Osborns, I tried to call multiple times to check if there was a problem with the order but no response at all, I also emailed three times and of course no response, after going through 4 months in, I decided to seek help. I searched for the relevant regulations and the provisions in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding distance contracts seem to apply in my case, I don't think Osborns is a trustworthy online provider anyway.
