Absolutely terrible service. Just went in to collect a Gant parcel and the guy told me it would have been returned because it had been there more than 2 days, even though my email from Gant said I had another 3 day to collect. He was so rude and refused to look for it, eventually saying I could look myself. I dod, it was there. Will be contacting Gant and the parcel company to raise a complaint.
