They came round to my property and quoted a price for the repairs, told me that they would phone in two days to book a time in to do the work. No phone call came so I phoned them, to be told they would be round in two days time. No one turned up, no phone call to explain why. I called the next day, no answer but left a message for a call back, but no reply. I have called twice since but still had no reply. I can only assume that they cannot be bothered to do the job or contact me to tell me so. I only gave one star as the system would not allow less. Do not use this company if you want any level of customer service. Service: Roof repair
