Delicious bar and the rooms were super comfortable. The outside still allows the sound of cars to pass by, but my sitting life doesn’t really get bothered by that. Good beer too! The staff were really nice and were able to help me out without any issues in my stay. I’m very grateful to have been here, and I wish them the best! I’ve been told the bar just opened in April and they’ve already won awards for their service. Go, it’s good. If I’m back across the pond I’ll make sure to pay it a visit again

If I could give a zero or minus figure I would put -4. Worst experience I have ever had with accommodation. So disappointed as this hotel has great potential with nice decor. Once I arrived with my 2 teens everything was wrong, booking wrong on the system, my name wrong, showing not paid yet money was taken twice from my account. Amounts taken were wrong so confusing. Wrong rooms given on arrival so we had to pack up and wait for a response e.mail from Oyo to the hotel . I eventually phoned OYO. It was a head wreck. I was asked to pay in full again to stay or we were out on our ears. Manager was rude and treated us like we were trying to pull a fast one. We felt humiliated. After calling we had to pay half as Oyo had taken the wrong amount but this was not showing as credited on our booking. I truly am astounded that customers could be treated this way. As a business owner I hold my customers with high respect. We got changing stories why this was happening. Breakfast was quick oats, wrapped croissants, make your own toast. Nothing that would fit the "breakfast included" statement. Horrible horrible coffee. One room smelt like feet. Advice to anyone thinking of booking with OYO...run run run. *They are disorganised and will offer nothing in the form of an apology only next please!!

Rooms are good, very clean some at the front are noisy with the road, Food is excellent and service in venue is good. The OYO web site is a major issue as you cannot get a UK VAT Invoice (it is Indian based) and e-mails to the venue to get a VAT invoice have gone unanswered. Noteworthy details: Cannot get a VAT invoice essential for business

Lovely place to stay, refurbished with taste, quality and attantion to detail. I felt completely home in the room. The room wasn’t very big but just the right size and had everything I needed. The location is perfect. The only thing is that the street side could do with some extra soundproofing as the main road gets pretty noisy in early morning. The breakfast was very basic but still a nice start for the day. Walkability: Everything is in walking distance so can leave the car in the hotel’s car park and get around Tamworth by foot.
