We arrived and had no water. As in no water in the sink, shower, or TOILET! We had to stay out all day and use facilities elsewhere as we couldn't in our room, and they didn't even offer us a discount of any kind. Not only that, but the room was filthy and there was mould everywhere in the bathroom. Avoid at all costs. Edit: They responded saying to get in touch with their escalations department, however after providing details about our stay they proceeded to not respond after that. Their last response was 24 January 2023 and i'm still waiting to hear back after multiple emails asking for an update. I think this was just a way of trying to save face.
