I've recently used ozzy for a shower installation and he arrived when he said he would an did the service in the time he said he would. Lovely man and professional. We also used him about 6 years ago for a tap installation outside (didn't realise this until he turned up and told me ). The tap is working as good as it did back then and had no problems with it. Will use again and already recommended him to a friend. Services: Shower installation, Faucet installation

As discussed this bloke said he would pop round to provide a quote after 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. He text me after 6.15pm stating he was busy and couldn't attend. Although i was furious as he had wasted my day, Ozzy suggested a time of 1 and 2pm for the next day which I reluctantly agreed to. After again waiting until 2.30pm and hearing nothing I left. Ozy txt me at 3pm saying he was 10 mins away. So I drove back. Upon seeing him and greeting him, I joked that he wasn't very reliable. Ozy got to into a huff and and claimed that he gets real busy and hasn't got time to respond to phone calls or txts. In addition he's got 20 odd people waiting to get work done with him. I promptly stopped him and told him the times arranged were given by him and if something came up its only polite to let someone know. He thanked me by saying we won't get on and walked back to his van. I told Ozy to sod off politely after he started giving me attitude. I've met many unprofessional people in my life but this fella takes some beating.

We have just had our entire bathroom fitted by Ozzy. I can't recommend him enough. He was very helpful in the run up to the job in advising how many tiles and how much flooring we need and has done a top notch job on the bathroom. Being a Victorian house and during a pandemic there were small things that came up along the way but Ozzy was fantastic at sorting them all, and put one hell of a hard weeks work in. I would completely recommend Ozzy to anyone.

I contacted Ozzy late evening after my electric shower gave up mid flow. He took my details and told me he would order a new shower the next day. Having ordered the item and agreeing an installation time, Ozzy attended promptly. Upon starting work, he discovered a few issues with the original installation but stated that these would pose no problems for him. The work was completed quickly and with minimum ease and at a very good price. I have already decided that when my house extension is started, Ozzy will be the go to guy for fitting the new bathroom and shower areas. Cannot fault the work he's done and he's a really friendly person to boot too.

Recently installed a new bathroom. Did a good job, clinical professional finish. The handheld bidets however were incorrectly installed. It flooded my house 3 weeks later!! I also learnt that they were not installed with adequate back flow prevention, which makes them fluid category risk 5. Meaning that the main water supply is at risk of being contaminated. I was severely shocked and disgusted to learn this! Also he did not make himself available to come correct the problem. Can't recommend at all.
