We have worked alongside Peter and Anita to launch our very first Rent to Serviced Accommodation apartment in The Mint apartment block in Birminghams Jewellery Quarter. Communication has been open and honest with the team doing everything as promised. They dressed the apartment for us before launching on the 18th August. So far we have had 23 nights occupied which is a fantastic start to our journey. We understand any new venture takes time to gain momentum, but we can recommend Peter Junasz and his team to do what they say they will do. I’ve took over the R2R SA apartment just before the lockdown. Thanks to Peter, the experiance wasn’t as bad as it could.
