Communication was easy, we were updated as necessary & could not fault them at all. We were recommended P Loftus and Son by Father Cleary from St Kentigerns church. My dad passed away 5 weeks ago and we didn’t have a clue where to start with all the arrangements. I first spoke to Lee on the phone and from that moment he put me at ease and said that they would take care of everything from there. And honestly he was 1000% true to his word. He was constantly in contact every step of the way and took care of my dad and us absolutely amazingly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It shows in their work just how much the guys there care for people as if they were their own relative. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for us leading up to the funeral and on the day. The care and compassion that you guys have is second to none. 5 star service from a first class company.

I would recommend these guys all day long. Lee looked after our mum when she fell asleep 18mths ago and when our dad fell asleep last month we didn't hesitate to use their service again. We knew our dad was in safe hands as was our mum. We can't thank Lee enough. Again he went way above and beyond his duty to ensure our dad was well looked after. He treated him as if he were his own dad. He kept in touch and well informed with us all the way through and after. I can't thank Lee, Steve and the guys enough 🙂

From getting in touch with them to make arrangements to the day of the funeral, nothing was too much trouble. I would particularly like to thank Lee for his compassion and I am thankful for the dignified way he treated both my deceased brother and us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble.
