After receiving the usual run around from the likes of Anglian and Co, we contacted Paul at P&M Windows after seeing one of their vans parked outside of a nearby property having windows replaced. We received a great service from Sharon, Paul and Steve. Paul came in and gave us advice and took measurements. Sharon put up with lots of changes to the CAD drawings (many thanks again), until we were happy with the configuration and cost. We felt at ease throughout the whole process. We booked in the installation date in early January. The installation for a full 3 bed semi took 2 full days. The installation has been done to a high degree and with zero damage to exiting walls, tiles etc. Thanks again to Steve and his two helpers. Our house is about 2 degrees warmer throughout, a difference I could only have dreamed of. Thanks again to you all. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
