Even tough the admin lady was quite charming and friendly, i am very unsatisfied with the service. 14 years ago I have payed my course and till today not received my license. No I got the offer to pay another 40 something euros to receive a replacement card... I would love to get my first card instead. I know it was made in Egypt but I payed European prices and I was insured 2008 to receive it some day and 2012 again by the school themselves. Well I guess it is cheaper to pay bakshish and go diving than working with PADI.
