I sent numerous paperwork. I was then told my claim was closed due to not sending information. After leaving a bad review they finally got back to me with a reasonable response. I'm still not able to claim due to the reason below. I just feel the organisation of this company is not very good but at least I finally have a response. In this specific litigation, we had hoped to be able to include vehicles that had fuel systems governed by the Euro 4, 5, or 6 emissions regulations. However, it has now been confirmed that vehicles that are regulated under the Euro 4 standards – typically vehicles registered before 2009 – were in fact legally allowed to release significantly higher emissions than we previously thought.
