  So its ok. Basically there is no reception, they give you a code for a key box. You find your room and let yourself in. Its basic, but clean. Beds were ok. I was concerned the sash window opened where the kids could fall out, and the child lock was broken (reported). The radiators seemed to be on full last with no way to regulate temperature other than open the window. There was a TV but it didn't tune into anything. There is WIFI but only in reception (apparently). The bathroom is fine, but water pressure is abysmal. But is was in a nice area with local shops and restaurants a few minutes away and near convenient underground stations, and most of all was cheap (for London).

  Absolutely shockingly poor. Not worth the price at all. Shower was broken, room had about 5 square meters of free space apart from the bed, and the bed was terrible quality and covered and stained. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
