Had a birthday 🎂 dinner here with friends on May 6th, 2023, and our experience was top-notch. We couldn't fault nothing, the food was out of this world, great taste, good temperature, quality amazing, staffs were fantastic especially Bukky and Peace they went out of their way to make our dinner special, I haven't forgotten about the cocktails 😋. This is now my favourite place to visit and chill.. Well done, guys.

I recently had the displeasure of dining at Papi's Grill restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite booking a table for six, the customer service was incredibly poor. Our server was inattentive and seemed uninterested in providing us with a pleasant dining experience. The menu was very underwhelming, and it lacked any exciting or unique options. I was disappointed to see that the dishes were nothing out of the ordinary and were poorly executed. Additionally, the restaurant got our orders wrong, which further contributed to the overall dissatisfaction of our dining experience. I would not recommend Papi's Grill to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The poor customer service, unimpressive menu, and incorrect orders all added up to a subpar dining experience. If you're looking for a restaurant with excellent service, exciting menu options, and attention to detail, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Outstanding food, this is my go to restaurant in New Cross and my go to for Afro Bistro. Definitely make multiple visits to try the BBQ Chicken, Suya Chicken, Femi's Fish, the Jumbo Prawns. The cocktails are great as well. Femi the owner is really hospitable and lovely staff too. Kid-friendliness: They have a high chair available and great place to take my baby boy.
