Upon arrival loud music was playing in the lobby. After a long trip that was stressful. On our first night the fire alarm went off so we jumped out of bed, got dressed and ready to leave when it went silent again. So we undressed and got back in bed when in 5 minutes it went off again so we jumped out of bed and dressed again when it went silent again. We had trouble falling asleep after that! The next morning nothing was said no explanation given. On our last night the elevator was broken so we had to walk up 8 sets of stairs and then in the morning carry our luggage down. Not great and can’t give a good review. Definitely not 4 star. Building is not in good condition. Room extremely small. Shower was nice.

Really can't recommend this place. 1. We were in room 220. The picture is of the "view" outside my window. Needless to say anytime the AC compressors kicked on we were VERY aware. 2. AC quit on our last night so it was a warm night to say the least (couldn't open the window ... see point 1) 3. Beds were a full size, or a really small queen. Tough for two people. 4. Apparently I booked a room With breakfast option. Was not aware until I checked out (receive the bill breakdown). No mention as to where, when or if breakfast was served when we checked in 5.. Came a day late (travel drama). Were still charged for breakfast? The hotel is located in a great spot. 10 min walk from Paddington station
