    I live nearby and used Park Lane for dry-cleaning; never again. Recently, I lent a skirt to a friend and she amazingly planed to return it dry-cleaned. First, they lost it, then they claimed she forged the ticket and lastly, they offered a H&M mini skirt in exchange. Not only are they irresponsible handling the garments but do not own up to their mistakes. A man blaming a woman they she must be confused, that probably one of her roommates picked it up, etc. is the cherry on top. Below, my non-H&M now lost skirt Service: Alterations

    Horrible experience, these people are THIEVES. I brought a skirt to get cleaned and they never gave it back - but what is worse they refused to refund me for my item and offered me store credit or a DIFFERENT SKIRT (worse quality and not at all alike mine), which makes me think that they probably just gave my skirt to someone else? They also made me come back to the store 3 times, every time giving me a different excuse as to why the skirt wasn't ready yet. They are liars and thieves and I really don't recommend you bring your clothes to this shop - there's a much better one with much nicer people in Melcombe street. Edit based on response: I still have my receipt and every time I went I showed it, but you told me you could not find my skirt and offered me a different one instead. You never mentioned the CCTV or someone else picking it up (I am not sure how this could happen since I have the receipt and you claim your system does not allow it). I have the receipt but you said you cannot find the item to which it refers as you lost it. I have contacted the business to proceed with ADR/to show me the CCTV but my messages have been ignored
