I’ve used Parkitt twice now, great experiences both times. Everyone I dealt with or spoke to was friendly and approachable. Firstly for a fuelling map on my bike thats running an uncommon ecu that uses equally uncommon software. Tony was willing to try and succeeded in improving my bike no end. Second time was for a 5000 mile service, again great service and didn’t try and pull the wool over my eyes saying X,Y&Z need changing and didn’t push for the work to be done when advising the time for a brake fluid change was coming up. Also, I was present when several bikes were in for a suspension set up. After listening to Neil talk through each aspect of set up and pass on his knowledge and advice, I wouldn’t hesitate to take a bike to Parkitt for a suspension set up.
