Really not happy with the service! Paid £600 for wall injections that made no difference but at the time we were promised and guaranteed it would do the job. It took literally 10 mins. If we did have any problems we were told he would fix it. Couldn’t ask any questions at the time because we were met with anger! Was very compliant when taking payment and the job. Texted and called after and was told he will call tomorrow, it’s been over a week and still no response. Really disappointed Service: Mold inspection

Kind, honest and safe to use for solo women. Paul sticks to his word with quotes. What’s quoted is what you pay, even if there is additional work involved once the job has started. He quoted me for damp coursing and charged the lower end of the quote despite finding an additional damp area. Paul is honest and will only perform necessary work and tell you if work isn’t needed. I had some questions about my roof, he inspected it and reassured me it was fine. I felt safe alone with Paul in the house. He behaved respectfully and appropriately. He respected my property, was meticulous with care he took and cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat and he has passion for a job well done. He is keen to pass on these values to his son who also attends the jobs and is as courteous as his father. Paul also communicates well. He always replies to messages in a timely manner.
