We could not be happier with this company from the first visit to the showroom to completion, and after completion support, everything was of an excellent standard. Staff were extermely knowledgeable, polite and gave as much time as needed to ensure we received the products, service and finish we wanted no matter how many questions we had. Paul and the two ladies in the showroom helped us choose the right products, colours and materials that have given our new shower room that wow factor. Our fitter Michael was superb, a great craftsman, hard working and ensured our home was clean and tody at the end of each day before he left. All our old fitments, tiles etc., as promised, were removed from the site within a day. After service is also excellent, a small problem was resolved on the same day as our call. This is definitely a company that takes pride in providing excellent service in all aspects of it's work and relationships with it's customers.

Our en- suite has been transformed !! We had Paul Lucas Bathrooms fit out our en-suite bathroom. I have to say the service and finish are excellent and it has totally transformed the room. The fitter Dan was very diligent, friendly and nothing we asked was too much trouble for him. I now have a happy wife and would recommend Paul Lucas bathrooms to anyone looking for a quality job.

unfortunately I shall not be using Paul Lucas to do my bathroom. He came to give me a Quotation on a Ensuite bathroom He stayed no longer than 4 minutes Didn't measure the room randomly pulled a number out of his head for a quote When I told him we would supply the stuff for the bathroom I was quickly put in my place and told he will not be doing it unless he uses his supplier which is understandable but there was no need to be so abrupt and rude at the end of our brief meeting he handed me his catalogue and walked away customer service definitely needs to be worked on But there's always a silver lining the lady I spoke to on the phone had an absolutely outstanding capability of talking to customers and making them feel very ease she was very polite and very helpful. 2 STARS JUST FOR THE LADY ON THE PHONE
