I can not rate this highly enough.. 5 stars isn’t enough.. my dog had decided he had found his new life at this place and didn’t want to leave! The price was so cheap for the amount of care and love my dog received. If only I had found this place sooner! If your based in the West Midlands ask for Sue!

Have used Paul's Pet Minders many times from single overnights to 2 week holidays. The two families that our dog stays with are lovely. They know our dog gets very anxious being left and do everything they can to make him feel at home. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Obviously wanted to use as we were going away, I initially spoke to Sarah, who was very helpful, answered my questions and was prompt to send emails to confirm conversation/booking etc. (we’d had so many let downs for dog sitters in the past) when I spoke to Sarah as I’m sure most would agree - you’d pay anything to know your dog was looked after by a responsible person. My only question was how many times do the dog owners get let down by the person who said they’d look after? Sarah said with the particular minder she had never cancelled, so I felt confident. The day before we fly to NYC - I get a call - the minder was unable to look after our dog. Although Paul can’t help that, he did refund the money almost straight away which I appreciated and did offer to try sort something else out. Although a rubbish outcome I have found this company the most professional and quickest to respond which makes the best out of an unfortunate situation.
