We had our dog groomed by this lady earlier this week and until now, we are still puzzled about quality of her service. She gave us an appointment at midday the following day; which was great. She arrived nearly 20 mins after the appointment time; it’s not a big deal. But half an hour on, she messaged saying our dog had fleas and that she had to cancel the rest of her afternoon appointments because our dog had fleas (and charged us extra). That shocked us because our dog never had fleas before, nor had he been in contact with any other dogs (literally ever). We have been working at home in the last 4 months. Our house is cleaned everyday. She told us that she only found 3-4 fleas hence we might not find any fleas in the house. With regards to grooming, she did an ‘ok-ish’ job on our dog grooming - didn’t take out hairs in his ears and cut small parts of his skin. We’ve been observing and examining our dog for half of the week but haven’t found any fleas. I thought it might be useful for other dog owners to know our experience despite the fact she’s a pleasant lady.
