I have been using Pawtopia for 7 years now. Started off with one dog and then we re-homed another from there. My dogs love going there once a week and they always seem to know what day it is, when it comes to that. My dogs are well looked after and and I can’t speak highly enough of the very friendly staff.

With support and guidance from Luka and his team, Maggie has become a very happy and confident dog. She comes home pleasantly tired and content..and I'm a very pleased mum. Our cockapoo Mabelle has been going here for about 18 months and we couldn’t be happier with the care and service provided. We love the little videos we are sent each visit showing snippets of her day. Luca is very accommodating and if you need an extra session it’s not too much trouble to arrange. Not only is our dog happy there you can see the other dogs are too when you drop off or collect. Highly recommend if you looking for doggy day care excellent service and a good price.

I have been using Pawtopia for several years, as I have found them to be the best in the area. I like the ethos of the business along with how the dogs are looked after. We started with just one dog going then rehomed one from Pawtopia too. Both come home happy and show how much fun they have had after their day of play there and know what day of the week it is, and look forward to going back for more fun.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great here. I know that people that have written negative reviews have received arguments from the business owner, which I think says a lot in itself, however after speaking to someone who had a similar experience I wanted to be honest about my own experience with my dog at Pawtopia. I think this daycare is great for dogs who are easy from the get go or generally require little looking after to be in a large group setting but if your dog requires settling in time and individual care or takes a day or two to get comfortable in new surroundings then this may not be the right place for them and there are other locations in the area that offer to work on each dog’s individual needs in a more personal way. I personally received a call after less than 1 hour to say my dog was crying on arriving on his first day and they wouldn’t have him anymore. So, not a criticism, but I think the suitability of this daycare totally depends on what type of dog you have.
