What can I say Steve knows is trade very well. I purchased a new laptop and Steve placed all my data from my old laptop onto the new one but that wasn't all I thought I'd lost all my music from my old ipod classic which is very sentimental to me. He regained my tracks and installed them onto the ipod. I couldn't thank him enough. The ipod is very special to me that money cannot buy. Thank you Steve for an amazing job you've done..

I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Steve from Fix IT- I thought at the very least, my SSD had suffered a catastrophic failure and I had lost some files, not easily replaced. Fearing the worst, I gave Steve my PC on Friday at about 4.30pm and at around 12 am Saturday morning Steve called to say he’d fixed my PC and I could pick it up – now, in my book, that deserves at least 6 out of 5 stars for service and another 5 stars at least for recovering my OS and files. Steve certainly seems to know his stuff, so I know who I’m gonna call next time my tech has issues. Thanks Steve – Highley recommend.

Outstanding customer service from this PC and laptop repair shop. Technician went over and above to fix my Surface Pro problem and patiently explained every step of what he was doing. Sorted out the problem whilst I waited, and at a really reasonable price. This guy definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

I spent 5.5 hours on to Microsoft 2nd line support with a windows 10 problem. Result - all apps deleted, no fix and an email link/instructions that could very easily wiped out all my files. It took Steve 15 minutes to resolve the issue. Steve is a very experienced, knowledgable and friendly - wish I had found him sooner. Very highly recommended.

After my pc decided to set itself on fire they managed to get it up and running again at a reduced capacity within 2 days of contacting. A pleasant surprise considering i thought it was completely dead. 10/10 for the help during the week after via call/text to help diagnose minor issues and keep it running just enough to allow me to work and recover data. Will use again in future if anymore hardware disasters strike again.

Just a short note to thank Steve for getting my laptop up and running with no loss of data.It had been taken over by Ransomware and was unusable.The guy's at Curry's had it for six weeks before saying they couldn't fix it.I took it to Steve and it was back up and running like a new pin in less than one hour.If you live anywhere near Heywood take you're computers to Steve,this guy know's his onions.Whatever you do don't bother with Curry's there are worse than useless.
