I went down for a free trial class, As soon as I walked in I was impressed water dispenser, changing rooms, huge mat space, the hygiene is kept to a high level and there's plenty of parking. Each class is constructed to blend into the next so they create a lesson plan that gives you something to progress and work towards completing every month, the coaches are very approachable and friendly and everyone iv seen walk threw the door becomes part of the team so easily from the great atmosphere that's being created.
