Absolutely vile attitude and food, real let down to the beautiful hotel that I’ve been visiting for over 15 years. Manager likes to have a strop and slam chairs to make customers uneasy that she doesn’t like. 4 meals sent back, Shocking, no words.

Waited 25mins for our drinks order and took 2 complaints and 2 hours for our mains to finally arrive, we cleared our own glasses to make space and had to remind the staff we might need cutlery! On a table of 8, they served a toddler a pizza on a burning hot plate.2 dinners were cold. 3 roast chickens and the shoulder of lamb were too dry to eat and we had to ask where the Yorkshire puddings were that we had seen on all of the other roasts served. When we asked to see the manager even that took 2 attempts and 20 minutes until someone in our party went to the hotel to ask for a duty manager. Birthday meal ruined AVOID unless you have 3.5 hours of your life to waste.

Nice venue however staff rude didn't understand that giving spa session with brunch give each person 25.00 too spend on curious foods with the brunch menu. Had too call manager too address the issue. Parking: Register with hotel or you will get a fine
