I have bought several t-shirts from Percival and all the collars and shoulder stitching is of poor quality. They don't sit properly and are very creased in the back of the neck which looks ridiculous when on. I contacted them for support and then said to cold wash it, but one of the t-shirts was brand new and never worn. Won't be ordering anything from them again. Edit - Not sure how you can stand by the t shirts when so many of them are in poor quality. It would be impossible not to notice them when shipping, so it was clearly done on purpose hoping that you could get away with it. Unethical and zero accountability.

Poor customer service and responsiveness. I ordered a couple of items online. The delivery window passed - I got no update so I reached out online and a couple of days later I was told the the items in my order were out of stock. Overselling items in the website and then leaving your customers having to enquire to find out what happened is pretty bad. As of now I’m down several hundred quid and have no items or confirmation of a refund.

Really poor customer service. I ordered a suit for next day delivery three weeks ago and still haven’t received it as by their own admission it’s been lost before it reached the courier. Numerous emails asking for a new suit to be sent or a refund have gone unanswered.

God forbid you ever have an issue with your order. Service seems to be exclusively handled by one guy who works 20 minutes a day, if you're lucky. Looks like the only way to exchange your defective £45 t-shirt is to leave a negative review, so here we are.

I had been a client for sometime. Until I bought a cardigan which har torn after three times I had worn it. Because I was working abroad it took me more than thirty days tk go to the shop and complain. I was given a ln email and told to write to them. I was dealt with total disdain. I had to write a few emails even to get an answer. When I got it I was just told that I had passed thrity days of the garantee, so to speak. Stay away and save your money. Percival is useless. And clearly bad quality. But the worse is the disdain and lack of consideration. Renato

Placed an online order and tried to cancel straight away. They apparently can’t cancel it once it’s placed but if you write a 1 star review on Trustpilot then low and behold they can??!?! Also they charged me £5 delivery which they haven’t refunded. Absolute robbery. Do not order online!! Reply to your response: the only reason why you refunded me was because I left a one star review on Trustpilot. Your customer service told me prior to that you couldn’t refund me but it turns out you can. You also had to be told to also refund me my delivery which you weren’t going to do.

I received one of their overshirts for Christmas from my mother. They shipped to Rep of Ireland and she commented on the great customer service. The quality of the overskirt is outstanding. I wear an XS and I was really impressed with the tailored fit and quality. I will be buying a lot more from Percival in the future. Everything on their website is just beautiful. Update. I've purchased a lot from Percival over the last two years. They're clothes are just great. Such high quality and lovely fits for a smaller guy offering XS which is great.
