  I did microblading for the first time and found El. The whole process from booking appointment to getting them actually done was very smooth. Communication and instructions are very transparent with patch test sent to your home. On the day of the process El walked me through everything, the feeling, what she will be doing and she always explained everything! I felt so at ease and I am IN LOVE with my eyebrows!! El really makes sure that the brows are natural, she makes sure you are doing OK and happy during the treatment. Post treatment as well there is always a check in email to make sure all is well which is very reassuring. A massive thanks to Natalia for great communication pre and post treatments and reminders. I would 100% recommend El if you want long lasting beautiful and natural brows. Service: Microblading

  I had my second appointment with El yesterday (six-week microblading re-touch). As ever El was thorough, highly professional, deeply knowledgeable - her experience, skill and judgement shine through. El takes the time - before, during and after appointments - to ensure the perfect result and I am thrilled with the result. The procedure is not entirely pain-free - imagine a tiny kitten's claw playing with your eyebrow: on a pain scale 0-10 (10 is childbirth) the experience is perhaps 0.2. Well worth it!   What is there to say except perfect ,I am thrilled with the outcome of my eyebrows . El took time to explain everything she was patient and listened to what I wanted . She was so lovely ,professional aware of importance of best clinical practice. Plus her skill was amazing . I now get wonderful comments an example of one was a complete stranger saying to me in Marlybone train Station " your eyebrows are so neat how do you do that " Just proves how good they are and how natural they look .The woman could not tell I had microbaded eyebrows I came from Warwickshire to have the best and I certainly got the best Nobody else will touch any part of me in any cosmetic procedure but El Truchon Fantastic Sheena Service: Microblading

  Edit: 3years later, and I'm going only to El! Always perfect service! If you want your eyebrows microbladed, I couldn't recommend more highly El. Before selecting El, I did a careful research of the places offering permanent makeup, being rather nervous with the idea of having my eyebrows "tattooed" as I imagined many things could go wrong. El consistently had only happy customers, so I contacted her with a long list of questions which she took the time to answer in detail -- that reassured me that she'd take just the same amount of care with the services themselves. I decided to book an appointment. As expected, El continued with her very detailed and careful approach -- she explained everything very clearly, told me exactly what to expect, and was extremely organized with the entire process. She's also a very nice and friendly person, so definitely makes you comfortable! Additionally, everything was clean, and El opened all the tools fresh in front of me to guarantee they were all new. I proceeded with the treatment and she made sure that I was happy with both the color and shape of my eyebrows before the microblading step, also advising me properly whenever I needed help deciding. The result was even better than I had hoped for. I am in love with my eyebrows which just look amazing and so natural! Before the treatment, I wasn't sure whether people would be able to notice the microblading strokes -- but nope, unless you look up really close, you cannot tell there's microblading. That's just how natural and beautiful they look. Seriously so happy I got them done! I now can be ready with less effort and much more quickly and don't have to worry at all about doing my eyebrows.

  Really really happy with my brows after seeing El. I would highly recommend this business. I wanted some gaps in my brows to be filled in and El also noticed that one brow was higher than the other and put some lines in place to improve this. I am really impressed with the result. They still look natural as I wanted a subtle look, but a LOT more symmetrical. Well worth the price as it lasts for at least a year and I feel happy I did it every time I see myself in a photo or in the mirror. Should’ve done it sooner. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now. El really is talented at this. Thanks a lot and will see you again for the touch up in a year. Services: Microblading, Eyebrows

  I have been seeing El for years now. Unfortunately, a salon local to where I live that I was seeing for other treatments offered to top up my microbladed brows. I made the mistake of agreeing. It went TERRIBLY wrong. I then spent more than a year paying for the costly process of removing the mistake. El is a perfectionist so had to be satisfied there was no sign of the mistake before she corrected it. Finally, El has performed her magic & I have lovely microbladed brows that I no longer have to draw on every morning!! Thank you El, I will never cheat on you again! X Service: Microblading
