Friendly staff, good prices and more importantly, decent fitters. If you want your wheel nuts so tight that your alloys are begging for mercy and you need a scaffolding pole to undo them, go to National Tyres (other cowboys are available), but they get properly torqued up here. My go-to tyre place.

Knew what tyres I wanted, had attempted to buy them at various places online via the usual tyre fitting culprits. Then discovered Performance Tyres & Alloys. They didn't have the ones I wanted on their website, but one phone call and they had them ordered for the next day, booked me in for that morning, and gave me lots of good advice besides, including where to go to get a cracked alloy welded. Have lived nearby for 8 years without knowing Performance Tyres were there, but will use from now. Highly recommend. Prices competitive with the competition too.
