    I visit here all the time and recommend this place too but tonight my experience is worst than ever. Ordered 3 full hotshot parmo and they arrived hot but raw. I complained it to the staff but they said it is cooked properly and nothing wrong with them. All 3 of them were the same, under cooked, they were ready to replace them. And all I got to hear, sorry you don’t like it but that’s how they come! Staff was very rude. Didn’t eat anything and £45 got wasted. I AM NOT COMING BACK AND IF YOU’RE COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING PLEASE BEWARE.

    While their prices are alright the food quality is pretty bad. Overly oily chips, Completely dry garlic bread, the seasoning is pretty weak but what made me sick was being served pink undercooked chicken. I was absolutely disgusted and I do not see myself coming back here. The customer service isn't good either. Call me a Karen but this joint is a big red flag.
