Absolutely shocking service and behaviour by the Manager. Both wraps were dry no sauce nothing, blamed me for not selecting a sauce online when the mayo option was already automatically selected. Phoned the restaurant to make them aware, explained what’s happened and the person answering the phone handed it over to the manager. Manager was extremely rude and abusive from the beginning of the conversation, spoke over me, and then asked me why I’m shouting, well I didn’t have a chance to shout because he didn’t give me a chance to speak. Told him it’s a pointless conversation as he isn’t on the phone to sort anything out but to blame me so he hung up!

Extremely disappointed with the service provided. They forgot our meal and when we called them, a worker must’ve given us a fake name and didn’t record it down on the system so when we went to claim it they refused to give it as it “wasn’t on the system”. Tried to lie saying the manager wasn’t in but when he came out he mocked what had happened and refused to give us the food. Very very poor training has been given to the workers for this to happen.
