One of the most surrealistic experiences of my life, no doubt. I cannot possibly comment on the quality of the dental practitioner/s on this clinic because I didn’t even get to see them in my first (and last) visit. After a couple of difficult calls with a rather dense receptionist, I managed to get an appointment, which was supposed to be confirmed by email. This didn’t happened so I called them before I set off to London, only to find out they didn’t even have me in their books. I had to argue with them to secure the appointment that evening. To my surprise, when I arrived to the clinic the building’s receptionist told me there was no such clinic there! I phoned them again and they said they were in Barbican, not on Harley Street. Apparently, they didn’t even know the first address on their website is Harley Street (the phone number seems to be the same for both clinics). At this point, given their utter organisational incompetence, I decided not to put myself in their hands because, I thought, if they cannot schedule a simple appointment and keep a website, how are they going to deal with delicate health matters. Terrible, seriously.
