    I had booked an appointment for first thing Saturday(15.04.23) morning. However after making my way and had trouble finding the salon. I called the salon only to be told the individual who was meant to be doing my little nephews hair had been hospitalised the night before and to come back later. I understand things happen that can’t be controlled , but as a business it would have been courteous to drop a text or a call to let me know you were unable to accommodate my appointment for the time I had booked it for.Disappointing considering this would have been my first visit.

    After travelling for 1hr on bus. I arrived at 11:45am for my hair appointment which was at 12:00pm. When I arrived the shop was closed! Their opening time is 10:00am I called the shop owner he informed me the hairdresser is running 10min late. I said ok I will wait. 45mins later the hairdresser did not arrive. Their incompetent clearly don't know how to run a business. Avoid this place. Service: Braids
