Rosie has visited Jamie twice now - once for her puppy introduction to grooming and again today for a full grooming service. Jamie is so approachable, really listens to what we like and offers great grooming advice to us as new puppy owners. Where some matting needed to be attended to, he checked in with us first. This is the first time I've used this dog groomer. I have two greyhounds, who can be nervous due to being rescues. Jamie and his colleague were friendly and kind and managed to get both their nails cut. In particular my oldest dog is a nightmare and she has the shortest nails I've ever seen. I'm really pleased with the groom and they smell amazing. Thanks so much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have tried every groomer in Brentwood and I am genuinely so shocked and grateful to pet spa Essex! We have a gorgeous Blenheim King Charles Cavalier Leo who looked like chewbacca from other groomers and myself not knowing how to let his coat be the best it could be. Not only did they teach me how to hand strip his coat but for only £10 they spent an extra half hour hand stripping his coat. Leo went in with a dullish, creamy coloured coat and came back looking like a puppy again with a red, silky one. I will absolutely be going only to pet spa Essex as they’ve proven to be sure the most knowledgeable and caring. They seriously deserve more than the 5 stars I’ve just given them! I’m in absolute awe!

I must say out of all the groomers that I have used over the years I am so happy that Pet Spa opened in Brentwood I used to go elsewhere because I drove but now since the catastrophe at Creatures Great and Small and Jamie opening Pet Spa it’s great. He’s very professional and treats all dogs equally and kindly. Appointments are easy to make and although he is very busy he will try and make an appointment for you. For me I’d give Pet Spa 10 out of 10.

The website says pop in and we can give you advice. We felt extremely unwelcome. Didn’t even look at our dog, just gave us a price and put his earplugs in as we were still talking. Appreciate he was busy but was very unprofessional and there’s no way I would feel comfortable leaving my pet there. Sorry. A nice smile works wonders!

Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!
