We have used PetPals Bournemouth & Poole since 2004. Angie & Tony took it over a few years later and it has gone from strength to strength. We completely trust them to look after our cats and we always know they are safe hands while we are away. They provide regular photos and updates via WhatsApp to put minds at ease. They go above and beyond standard cat sitting duties, putting our milk in the fridge, bringing in parcels etc.. Would highly recommend

I am so pleased that I discovered Petpals of Bournemouth to look after my very old and almost blind cat when we went away for a few days. He needs medication every day and Tony visited twice daily to look after him and give him lots of attention while we were away. He sent updates and photos after each visit which was very reassuring. He also put the dustbins out and collected the post while we were away, which was an added bonus! I highly recommend Petpals and will definitely be using the service again! Thank you Tony and Angie

We recently returned from a week's holiday . And once again Angie from petpals looked after our cat Louis. As he has two illness he is on insulin and medication. Angie gives him this and looks after him so well. In fact she goes over and above with the care she gives him. He can be a grummpy cat ,so not easy to look after ? But that has never Been a problem with Angie, and has all ways looked so well each time we arrive home. To put us at rest that he is ok , we get regular updates and photos which is lovely . Thank you petpals for a first class service.
