I bought the Innopet Mamut buggy for my disabled collie, which he loves. After a few months of use the zip on the front panel started to come away. I contacted Pets Own Us and they very promptly dealt with my query and are sending me a replacement cover for my buggy. Great company and service

We have been using an Innopet Adventure Buggy for at least 5 years now, through a family member who had used it for several years before me. Lovely strong buggy carrying my little dog through many adventures, over all sorts of terrains. Recently whilst on holiday we had a mis-hap with the front wheel which meant I needed a spare part. I received excellent advice and customer care. Andrea could not have done more to help. I cannot recommend Pets Own Us highly enough. My little dog Harry now has his buggy back and we are able to head off on more adventures. Thank you so much.

Ordered the Innopet Sporty Evolution V2.0 dog pram in ocean blue for my 10 year old Bolognese dog called Raphaello. Easy to use website and delivery was very quick. Raphaello loves going for a walk but doesn't like to go too far, as he is a little older now. This pram is brilliant for him. So easy to put together, only had to put the wheels on. You can push it so easily and it looks so smart. Have had to get Raphaello use to it. So we praise him every time he goes into it. In the house we have encouraged him to sleep in it which he loves. We started pushing him around in the house and the yard to get use to the feel of the pram. Obviously, showering him with lots of praise, which he loves!! It is so well built and is of a very high quality. Yes expensive but worth it. Want to take him more on long walks so the pram will be ideal. The wheels look very sturdy and we like the fact that the front wheel does not need pumping up. Shame the back wheels weren't the same. The free rain cover was a bonus. We are all impressed so definitely recommend.
