i left my laptop with them two weeks ago, and they said there’s an issue with the motherboard and with the charging port and that if i agree to the £100 price i can come collect it in one week. i go back a week later and apparently the part still hasn’t arrived, annoying but whatever ok fine. i went back again today (2 weeks after giving my laptop to them to fix) and he says that they can’t fix it and gave my laptop back to me??? bare in mind i’ve told them i have exams coming up and i needed it fixed soon, if you couldn’t fix it or couldn’t be bothered why not tell me earlier instead of wasting my time??? he also said he would call both times to tell me if it was ok to come collect and he didn’t call despite taking my number down twice? if you can’t fix something in future please tell the person in advance instead of wasting their time for so long.

Gave my ipad 10.2 for battery replacement and they said get it after 2 days. 1 day later they suggested that the charging port is damaged so need replacing that. Get it 4 days later then came back and checked the ipad and they replaced the original screen by 3rd class screen and saying it breaks when we replace the screen . When i checked the ipad screen it had cracked screen in the inside . Then on top of that when i had enough the owner starting to speak to me rudely by saying why am i making things more complicated. If you say get it after 2 days then I suppose to get it after 2 days not week later . Now my recommendation to all of you guys is to avoid this shop at all cost .

I came the other day with Yodel parcels to drop off and they refused to take it with no obvious reason! The guy said that it is regulation to not accept more than 3 parcels for one customer but I contacted Yodel and they denied that they have any particular regulations for the number of parcels The staff are not helpful at all
