AVOID AVOID AVOID. The photos quality was poor and my fast track application at Liverpool passport office for UK passport was rejected because the photo did not meet the biometric requirements. I had to take another photos. The person in the shop did not admit the mistake and refused to refund and he was very rude. ZERO STAR
