Firstly, their special discount code displayed on the top of their page didn't work. Then, I managed to order and pay for 9 foam rollers but the following day I received an email with the order cancellation and confirmation of a refund. Two weeks have gone pass and no refund yet. More phone calls and emails exchanged and still no refund, it's been now 3 weeks!This is shocking! Really! Think twice before you spend any money with Physioroom!!!

I ordered a knee cuff and ice machine and paid for next day delivery. I was fresh out of hospital with a replacement knee and in great pain. Nothing arrived. I emailed them several times, nobody answered calls and I eventually got the goods 6 days later. There was a free towel included in the order and they said “no towel sent as stocks have run out”. They have refunded the extra postage paid for next day delivery but I would not recommend this company as reliable.

So I had ordered a ankle boot on the Saturday last week yet I paided for next day delivery, the phone line is just a joke they never pick up the phone, the emails they just blame it on back logs which isn’t true at all, I waited 7 days!!!!! But yet paid £5 for next day delivery, the company is very slow & don’t think I would use again due to this issue, the ankle boot it self is excellent so far, but the company is very hard to get hold of, and even worse you got Hermes delivering it

I couldn't agree more with the reviews. Dreadful company. Do not order from them and I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is appalling. They ask you to email info... but the service is just as bad and you will not get a satisfactory resolution. Spend your money with companies that value your custom!

VERY disappointing. Had an issue with an ankle support that was way smaller that it is supposed to be. I attempted to talk to them via e-mail and received the most deliberately unenthusiastic and unhelpful response. Stock was covered in dust. I will not waste another second on them. Avoid. Note: After the initial poor experience they did eventually collect and refund the item.
