    I would highly recommend Lizzie Kingston at Peak Remedial. I had been suffering from neck and shoulder tension and frequent headaches for the past 18 months. I had a 90 minute treatment with Lizzie. I found her to be friendly, highly professional, skilled and knowledgeable. The treatment worked wonders and I have not suffered any headaches since. Lizzie also gave me exercises to do at home, these were simple but very effective and have helped me keep on top of my problem in between appointments. The premises are of a high standard, have a very warm and welcoming feeling , are spacious and relaxing. Thank you very much.

    I don’t say this lightly but I can honestly say I’ve received Life changing treatment. If you’re at the point where you have given up hope in ever recovering, I strongly urge you to give Lizzie a call. I’d tried many different establishments in my quest to recover from long standing back and neck pain, which at the time believed was chronic, before seeing Lizzie. I’d suffered severe pain for circa 4.5 years and if I’m being honest had given up hope of living pain free. And then I saw Lizzie. Lizzie’s approach was second to none, she didn’t simply ask what others had recommended and follow suit but professionally challenged this and made her own independent assessment. She uses techniques and an approach that really does work. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Lizzie to anyone, in fact I would actively encourage it. I did and have never looked back.
