I started using Pickle & Co around 2 years ago with my other dog. I now use them for my new puppy, Winnie. The favourite part of my day is seeing the Instagram updates of Winnie playing with her friends. I'm a teacher and started using the service as I didn't want Winnie on her own for too many hours - I don't necessarily need the service now, but I would never stop using them, as the service is absolutely outstanding and seeing Winnie so happy is priceless. As a company, Jenny & James go the extra mile. Any requests or details are accommodated when possible, the pic/ vid updates are great, communication is always perfect and they're both generally honest, reliable and amazing people. I'm so happy to have found them and very grateful for them as a company and now, friends. The pair of them have such love for all animals, it's not just a business. It's more than that. I said this before, but if I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I really would.

Finding someone who you can trust with your fur babies is a very daunting task and a deal breaker for booking a holiday. Pickle & Co were professional and caring from the first minute they met our pets and we trusted them completely. The photo and video updates were hilarious and we wondered if our fur babies wanted us to come home because they looked like they were having a wonderful time! We would not hesitate to recommend Jenny and James to people we know and to complete strangers. They treated our fur babies like they were members of their family, something that was completely unexpected and very touching.

We adopted 2 senior cats who are nervous and react very badly to disruption. We used Pickle & Co Pet Care for our first time away to come into our home to visit twice a day for feeding, litter tray cleaning and general check. I didn't expect them to have much interaction with our nervous cats. Well, it was 100% a total success!! I felt so reassured and was receiving pics and videos of them regularly and our elderly ladies were not only relaxed and happy but fully interacting with them. Jenny and James are professional, reliable and total animal lovers and it shows. I could not ask for more and on our return we came back to two chilled and happy cats. Pickle and Co Pet Care ensured our cats and home were safe and secured and I would not hesitate to recommend them. We will certainly be using them again.

Pickle and Co, aka Jenny and Jamie, took outstanding care of our two dogs while we were on holiday. We felt really pleased that they were in safe, capable and caring hands. The one thing they need is to run, a lot! And that is exactly what they could do with Pickle and Co. We received daily updates and photos so we could see what fun they were having. We will definitely be asking Jenny if they can do more of the same when we go away next, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends.

Jenny and James love our dogs and all of the animals they look after like they are their own. They always update us with any issues or just some great photos or videos of what a lovely time our dogs are having. I highly recommend Pickle & Co. They came to our house to look after our cat & guinea pigs whilst we were away on holiday. Jenny is very professional and is good with animals. During our holiday we had an emergency situation (on Easter Sunday) but Jenny and her husband went out of their way and give up their own free time to make sure we didn't come home to a disaster and give us peace of mind. Jenny also did more than I would have expected from an animal sitter. The animals weren't just fed and watered, the cat was played with, the guinea pigs were cleaned out and we all enjoyed receiving the photos she sent of our animals whilst we were away. Absolutely a platinum service for you and your furry friends.
