    One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Hired a Mercedes van to deliver a handmade glass table to London. Delivery went smoothly and van returned early. A week later no sign of my deposit so I called up and was told they were keeping it because I had dented the van from the inside! I explained it was impossible I could have done that with what I was delivering. The photo they took of the dent showed no dent so I went to view in person and it was equally invisible in real life. After six phone calls when they said they would call me back but didn’t they finally decided the matter was settled and the deposit was theirs. I strongly recommend you avoid this company.

    Poor experience, called three times between 10-11 am , the first time they answered asked me to call back in 10 minutes as they were busy. Why don’t you write my name and phone number and call me back like a polite, professional person would, I wonder? Anyhow, I did try to call back two times after that, 20 minutes and 40 minutes later respectively but they wouldn’t pick up, they were sending the calls to voicemail after two rings… wasted an hour on my time on them. Won’t do it again, thank you! I called Enterprise next and I had a booking sorted within few minutes.
