It’s so frustrating trying to get through when you work full time. I have constant issues with repeat prescriptions which I have to call the bloody prescription line that I can never ever get through too during the hours they are meant to be open. So then it’s an argument with the appointment line to try and get my prescription sorted before it runs out. It’s soul destroying

If you want a appointment don't bother with ST LUKES. It was a fantastic practice but since the change of owners you will be lucky to get one. If your Ill on a Friday your out of luck they "work" half day well that's about as much as you would get from them and "Sorry we don't have a appointment for five days" call 111 . But if you want a medical check we can book you in there and then !!! Third world country medical practice, if this is the best of the NHS we are all in trouble no wonder the nurses are struggling due to practice doctors not being available when we need them .

If you want a appointment you might aswell forget it ST LUKE'S are not bothered. If you call for a appointment don't be surprised if you get we are half day today, and to call an out of hours number. To then call this out of hours number and be told you don't qualify for an appointment. We now have to wait up to 12 hours for a call back or go to urgent care centre.

Not quite a 5 star as it can be difficult getting through on the phone,but unlike what others have put I find all reception staff I have ever spoken too must be all of them by now polite and efficient,yes I will admit that appointment's can be quite a while away but having experienced the waits at other surgeries in the area (before during and after COVID) ,due to working in care ,this is one of the better ones for length of wait for appointments,as I say my main issue is sometimes not every time it takes a while to get through on the phone,my latest dealings on Wednesday deserve a 10 star rating,phoned at 8am as they opened,got almost straight through (2 minutes on phone),this is for a sick note (long term) polite receptionist took my details and said it would be passed on to doctor,by 9.14am the sick note had been sent to my phone ,that I feel is fantastic service and deserves praise

Absolute joke of reception staff always rude speak over you not helpful at all speak to you as though your an issue to them. Get told different things by each member on reception. Rude and unhelpful avoiding actually doing any work to help.
