    Went to this store to see of they did jewellery repairs, as my bracelet clasp was failing. I was greeted by lovely ladies who were really friendly and helpful, they took a look at my bracelet and explained that the clasp had bent, and they could repair it for me, they rebent the clasp back and it was fixed. I was totally made up they were able to fix it for me, as I was quoted £95 in another shop for it to have a new clasp. I would highly reccomend this shop for all your jewellery needs and wonderful staff Thank you so much!

    EXCELLENT customer service. I cleaned my necklace in my Son’s jewellery sonic machine and there was still hair wrapped around some of the chain, so me being clever! thought a little soak in bleach would do the trick…….I completely ruined it and it was so badly tarnished, it was nearly black! I was completely devastated…. I took it into P j’s Jewellers and a lovely lady Karen served me and assured me that she would try her best to remove the tarnish…..Karen spoke to me and said the tarnish had gone but the hair wrapped around was really difficult to remove and she sent it off to another one of the shop’s specialist to take it that step further….WELL!!! It came back shinier than it was new! No way did it think they could do anything with it but I was totally proved wrong…. It wasn’t expensive at all for all that they had done and the time spent working on it, NOTHING was too much trouble for Karen and was prepared to go above and beyond, exhausting all avenues to give the best service possible…. Karen your a total credit to this company and I’m sure I’m in a line of very happy customers, I’m one very happy customer. Thanks so much Karen and the gentleman, sorry I don’t remember his name. I can’t thank you enough for what you have done and for your EXCELLENT customer service…. I’ll definitely be returning when needing their professional excellent service again….a d will highly recommend to all my family and friends. I’m one VERY happy Lady. Thanks a million Karen and P. J.
